We Can Help
Welcome to BEST, The premier leader of painful diabetic neuropathy treatment. Effective healthcare isn’t just about treatment, it’s about trust. Have you been diagnosed with a neuropathy condition that impacts your health? BEST helps patients with many different conditions.
Back and Neck Conditions
A multitude of conditions impacts the back and neck from scoliosis that curves the side, pinched nerves that cause back pressure, or a herniated disc.
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
A chronic pain condition causing intense, prolonged pain and swelling, usually in an arm or leg, after an injury.
Diabetic NeuropathyÂ
Neuropathy due to a diabetic condition that causes high blood sugar (glucose), which can lead to damaged blood vessels and nerves over time.
Peripheral Neuropathy
Nerve damage that is focused on the outside of the brain and near the peripheral nerves also known as the spinal cord. This can impact hand and feet circulation, and create weakness, numbness, or pain.
Are You a Candidate For Neuromodulation?
Neuromodulation is a cutting-edge treatment that can reduce nerve pain, ideal for painful diabetic neuropathy and chronic pain. Using modern technology, low-level electrical signals move toward the spinal cord to modify pain signals and provide relief for chronic pain conditions.
Spinal cord stimulators, sometimes referred to as (SCS), deliver electrical pulses to the spinal cord. These pulses can then block pain signals from being sent to the brain. This allows chronic pain patients to minimize the pain they experience due to their condition.
At BEST, we offer patients diagnostic testing with the SCS device so they can determine whether it is the right option for them. If patients find relief with it, we can implant a permanent device.
