Available Treatments

Depending on what you would like to work on, we have a variety of physical therapy options to choose from.

  • Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization & Soft Tissue Mobilization: Therapy focused on stimulating the body’s healing response through remodeling resorption, scar tissue, and tendon regeneration.

  • Cupping: The therapeutic process uses plastic cups with valves or hands pumps over trigger points or painful areas Ultimately the cupping help regenerate capillary beds essential for circulation.

  • Dry Needling: Needles inserted into trigger point locations in the body are used to relieve myofascial muscle pain.

  • Kinesio Taping: Kinesio tape is applied over muscles to minimize pain and inflammation, relax overworked muscles, and facilitate movement. This tape allows for the full range of motion and function, unlike restrictive sports tape.

  • Pelvic Floor and Core Therapy: Ideal for people suffering from incontinence, organ prolapse, and other conditions specific to women, patients are provided with education on tools for bladder retraining, pelvic exercises, behavior/ lifestyle changes, and modalities to improve their quality of life.

  • Total Joint Program: Strengthen and restore knee and hip mobility pre and post-surgery with a range of exercises to increase range of motion, gain training, and preventive recovery techniques.

  • TMJ Jaw Pain: Therapy designed to improve mobility due to disorder or dysfunction that occurs as a result of problems with the jaw, neck, and surrounding facial muscles.

How To Know If You Need a Physical Therapist

If you are experiencing daily discomfort or pain in the body, you may be a good candidate for physical therapy. If you feel that an injury, ailment, or age has reduced the mobility of one or more parts of the body and the quality of your life is impacted, it may be time to work with a physical therapist.
