Lyndsey Johnson DNP, FNP-BC is a board-certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing exceptional patient care to those experiencing debilitating chronic pain. She is proud to work with Integrated Pain Management to bring accessible care to individuals throughout Chicago and the surrounding areas.
Lyndsey Johnson obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Butler University in 2005. She then attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008. Most recently, Lyndsey graduated from Rush University with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a concentration in family medicine.
Lyndsey’s diverse career experience has brought her through various areas of medicine. Now, as a nurse practitioner with Integrated Pain Management, Lyndsey works closely with patients to help them find the most effective treatment paths to ease their chronic pain. Lyndsey is very passionate about patient education and ensures that her patients are informed about each step in their treatment journey.
