Michelle Henry is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a rich history in her field. She has been integrated in a variety of settings including family medicine, OB-GYN, pediatrics, and public health, bedside nursing, nursing education, leadership, and research. Michelle specializes in bilingual cosmetic dermatology as a nurse practitioner.
Previously, Michelle was known as an anti-aging specialist at Heron Med Spa in Alexandria, Virginia, and worked as a Clinical Faculty of the BSN program adjunct faculty member for the University of Maryland School of Nursing in Baltimore. She worked at Annandale Family Medicine under a clinical preceptorship and performed 252 clinical hours in the family lifespan practice and 202 clinical hours.
Michelle is also known for her research papers, awards, and honors. She has contributed to three journal articles and one publication, as well as received the military spouse support award in 2014, appearing as a TV guest speaker discussing nursing on the Voice of America, and appearing as a guest speaker for a City Hall Counsel Meeting in Temple City, California to discuss Emergency Preparation.
