Dr. Adam Bruggeman M.D. is a proud member of the BEST Health System within the Legent Division as an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in spinal cord stimulator care. Dr. Bruggeman is committed to improving and creating high-quality patient care at BEST.
Creighton University, a Jesuit school in Omaha, Nebraska, awarded him a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Policy. As a college student, he received many accolades including being selected as the school’s orientation director for the Honors College, the Youth Leadership Council, and Omicron Delta Kappa. His decision to forgo medical school led him to enroll at Trinity University in San Antonio to pursue a Master’s in Hospital Administration. It was there that he met his wife, Christen (Godwin). Together they have two children, Mia and Ethan, and a dog, Bailey.
As a Methodist Healthcare’s Hospital Administration Program graduate, Adam pursued his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
The South Texas Spine Clinic was the site of Adam’s fellowship in spine surgery. In addition to spending time with his family and playing golf, Adam is active in his church and enjoys spending time with his friends.
