Sonny Dosanjh, M.D. is a board-certified Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine Specialist at Medici Atlanta Spine & Pain. Dr. Dosanjh attended undergrad at The University of British Columbia and then completed medical school at St. Christopher’s College in England. During this time, he was offered an opportunity to play in the NFL, but he turned it down to pursue a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship training at Emory University.
Dr. Sonny Dosanjh now specializes in the treatment of chronic pain conditions including neuropathy, complex regional pain syndrome, failed back surgery syndrome, and traumatic injury. He is passionate about working with his patients to help them find meaningful relief from chronic pain. Dr. Dosanjh is also a Spinal Cord Stimulator specialist and has worked with many patients to help them surgically find a solution for chronic pain disorders.
Dr. Dosanjh is considered a thought leader in his field and has published many papers, delivered lectures, and participated in research to expand the knowledge and practice of treating chronic pain. Unlike some medical professionals, Dr. Dosanjh is dedicated to a collaborative treatment process, which encourages patients to actively stay educated and aware of their condition throughout treatment.
